Men, Women & Mixed Teams
Two person teams are acceptable - one person completes 2 legs of the event.

Clydesdale: (Men 200+ lbs)
Athena: (Women 150+ lbs.)

Cut-Off-Times The following cut-off times are based on a 7AM start time. Swim 9:15 - out of the water. Bike 12:15pm - off the bike course. With those times in mind we ask that all Long Course participants be able to finish within 6 hours and 30 minutes. If not finished by the above stated times for each leg, you will be asked to discontinue.

We feel that the cut-off times are very fair and while we appreciate the effort of ALL participants we must also respect the effort and commitment of our volunteers.

If you have questions about these times please call our office.
