Elite: (Elite Amateur or Pro). Pro Triathletes must enter the Elite Division. [Details]
Elite Master: 40+ men & women, events with the Elite Wave. [Details]
Age Group: 14 & under, 15-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, , 75-79, 80-84, 85+.

Relay: *limited to 45 teams*

Men, Women & Mixed Teams
Two person teams are acceptable - one person completes 2 legs of the event.

Clydesdale: (Men 200+ lbs)
Athena: (Women 150+ lbs.)
Cut-Off-Times [Long Course]
We are going to implement course cut-off-times for 2008. Course cut-off times are created for the safety of athletes and have become standard in most events. Course cut-off times are based on the start time of the last wave for each event.

Long Course cut-off times
(Based on start time of 7 am, 7 start waves @ 5 minute intervals)

  • Swim 8:25 am 50 minutes after the start of the last wave.
  • Bike 11:35 am 4 hours after the start of the last wave
  • Run 1:05 pm 5.5 hours after the start of the last wave.

  • Swim 7:50 am 25 minutes after the start of the last wave.
  • Bike 8:25 am 1 hour after the start of the last wave.
  • Run 8:55 am 1 hour 30 minutes after the start of the last wave.

Women-Only Sprint Course Sprint Course cut off times
(Based on start time of 8 am, 5 start waves @ 5 minute intervals)

  • Swim 8:50 am 25 minutes after the start of the last wave.
  • Bike 9:35 am 1 hour 10 minutes after the start of the last wave.
  • Run 10:05 am 1 hour 40 minutes after the start of the last wave.
