This is a student Residence Hall for UCSB students during the school months, but not during the summer. We offer 51 fully furnished suite style apartments - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom suites, swimming pool, large recreation room, free wifi, free parking. Cost is $250.00/night per 3-bedroom/2-bath suite (total occupancy 6 persons). Linens not included; bring your own sleeping bags & towels or rent linen sets for $25.00/per person per stay.
