Kids activities will be provided on-site this year thanks to MyGym

Cabrillo Bathhouse - East Beach.

7:00 am SHARP!

Co-Ed Sprint Course Triathlon starts.

8:15 am (approximately!)

Women-Only Sprint Course Triathlon starts.

8:45 am (approximately!

Parent Child division starts.

Co-ed Sprint Athletes: The transition area will open at approximately 5:30am. You should be aware that you will not be able to enter back into the transition area until approximately 9:00am. This is due to the fact that the Women-Only event will still be going on within the transition. We will let you in as soon as it is safe. You should prepare accordingly/set some warm clothes aside (outside of the transition area).

Women-Only Athletes: Since your event begins when the Co-Ed athletes are all out of the water, your exact start time is difficult to determine. We have estimated it at 8:15am. You should be out of your transition area and at the start line at that time.

Parent-Child Wave: This is the final wave of the day and typically hits the water approximately 8:45am. You should be out of your transition area and at the start line at that time.

Post Event Party, Fun, & Food

When you’re done with the event you’ll finish on one of California’s most beautiful beaches. We’ll have music, lots of triathlon gear, vendors and great food to get you through the day. Plan on hanging out and enjoying Santa Barbara. You might even decide to play a little volleyball on one of the twelve courts just up the beach.
