USA Triathlon Information

New USAT membership fees effective: 1/2/12
Youth - 1 day fee: $10
Youth - Annual fee: $15
Adult - 1 day fee: $12
Adult - Annual fee: $45

As always the Santa Barbara Triathlon is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event. As such, for the betterment of our sport and to help keep you safe while participating, USA Triathlon has changed a few guidelines this year. USAT Rules
Valid ID - EVERY athlete needs to bring a valid ID in order to pick up his/her packet. NO EXCEPTIONS

USAT Membership Card: Every USAT member must bring a valid USAT membership card. Those of you who forget your card will be asked to pay the single day membership fee. Non members who did not pay the single day fee upon registering for the event will be asked to pay it prior to receiving their packet and participating.

PC Athlete Rules Defined – If you are a Paratriathlete (formerly know as a PC or physically challenged athlete) and would like to participate in the Santa Barbara Triathlon please contact our office after reviewing these rules:

Annual Membership at events: No longer offered - Athletes will no longer have the option to purchase an Annual USA Triathlon membership at events. You will have to go to USA Triathlon's web site directly: http://www.usatriathlon.org/member-services
