You should be able to complete each leg of the event in the following times:
Long Course: Swim – 50 minutes, Bike – 3:00 hours, Run – 2 hours & 30 minutes. With those times in mind we ask that all Long Course participants be able to finish within 6 hours and 20 minutes.
Sprint Course: Swim – 25 minutes, Bike – 35 minutes, Run – 35 minutes.
We feel that the cut-off times are fair and while we appreciate the effort of ALL participants we must also respect the effort and commitment of our volunteers. That said we will make every attempt to allow you to finish each leg. Support on the course (marking, volunteers, medical aid, etc.) may not be available to athletes who can not finish within these time constraints.
